PURCHASE/PEMBELIAN

1. Purchases are based on "First Come First Served" basis. *Pembelian adalah berdasarkan siapa cepat dia dapat.

2. Booking can be made by sending the items code to email address or handphone no. given below.
*Tempahan boleh dilakukan dgn menghantarkan kod items ke email add. atau hphone no. yg tertera di bawah.

3. All payment must be made within 2 days after the booking. Failure to do so, all booking will be cancelled without notice. *Semua bayaran hendaklah dijelaskan dalam masa 2 hari selepas tempahan. Jika tiada sebarang maklumbalas dari pelanggan selepas tempoh tersebut, tempahan akan dibatalkan tanpa notis untuk memberi peluang kepada pelanggan lain.

4. After payment is made, please email/sms the payment details (reference no.), together with buyer full name, delivery address and contact number.
*Selepas pembayaran dilakukan, sila email/sms detail pembayaran tersebut (no. rujukan) berserta dgn nama, alamat penghantaran & no. telefon pembeli yang sah untuk penghantaran.

5. Delivery is made only after all payment is received. All sales are non-refundable and non-returnable.
*Penghantaran hanya akan dilakukan selepas bayaran penuh diterima dari pelanggan. Setiap pembelian tidak boleh dipulangkan semula.

6. The display price is excluding cost of delivery (unless mentioned).
*Harga yg ditawarkan tidak termasuk kos penghantaran.(kecuali dinyatakan)

DELIVERY/PENGHANTARAN

1.Delivery is made on every Thursday. Any delivery changes or cancellation will be inform to buyer.
*Penghantaran akan dibuat pada hari Khamis. Jika ada perubahan / pembatalan penghantaran pada hari yg ditetapkan, akan diberitahu kepada para pembeli.

2. Track Number will be notified to buyer after the delivery process.
*Track Number akan dihantar ke PM anda selepas proses penghantaran.

3. The delivery is made using Pos Laju/Pos Express:
*Penghantaran menggunakan Pos Laju/Pos Express:

Malaysian Peninsular/Semenanjung Malaysia - RM4.00-RM8.00
Sabah & Sarawak -RM6.00- RM11.00

Remarks/Nota :
If the items weight is more than 500g, the handling and delivery cost will be advice to buyer.
